Domestic

We currently only accept domestic (USA) orders. Orders will be shipped via USPS First class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight. It takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive after shipped. Since all products are made-to-order, the processing time will take approximately 3-7 days after your order is placed, depending on the current demand. Large orders will ship via UPS Ground.

Return/exchange policy

You may return an order within 7 days after arrival. We only accept returns for products WITHOUT any personalized tag.

All digital items (sheet music) are not exchangeable or returnable.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellation within 24 hours after order is placed.
